Did you know that you can use your Yoni Egg practice to cool down? You don't need a new egg, you can use the one you have!
1. Go to your favorite audio app and get some free ambient sounds of something relaxing, like a refreshing storm or a nice breeze. Then begin your regular Yoni Egg practice. You'll be surprised how great you'll feel afterwards!
2. YES! You can put your Yoni Egg in the freezer for a few minutes. Not TOO cold now--you want to be comfortable--just long enough for it to be deliciously cool against your skin.
3. Use the power of visualization. Visualize a peaceful winter scene, somewhere with glistening snow and maybe even a few pretty icicles glinting in the sun. Engage in your regular Yoni Egg practice and let that image flit in and out of your mind. Then later in the day, give yourself permission to think about that nice, cool scene whenever you feel too hot, and it should refresh you beautifully!
